You’ll be driving success across our UK & European product portfolios through data-driven PPC strategies and high-performing campaigns. 🛠 What You’ll Do • Develop and execute Amazon PPC strategies across multiple marketplaces • Conduct market, competitor, and keyword research to optimize campaigns • Create, manage, and analyse ad campaigns for maximum ROI • Deliver detailed performance reports for internal and client communications • Collaborate with the creative and brand management teams on high-converting ad creatives • Stay updated on Amazon Advertising policies, beta features, and best practices ✅ What We’re Looking For • 4+ years’ hands-on experience managing Amazon Ads for large/enterprise accounts • Proven track record improving ROAS/ACoS, CTRs, and conversions • Strong grasp of advertising metrics, retail readiness, and ranking algorithms • Experience across UK/US and European Amazon marketplaces • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, Google Data Studio, keyword tools, and bulk operations • Analytical mindset with ability to turn data into actionable insights • Excellent communication and reporting skills 🌱 Why Join Keplin Group? • Supportive Culture: Collaborative and inclusive – your voice matters • Career Growth: We invest in your development • Work–Life Balance: Quarterly team socials & events 👉 Join a team that values innovation, ownership, and growth.
