Summary: To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Analyst Accounts Payable in Chennai. What a typical day looks like: • Process invoices as per the standard operating procedures and meet the targets. • Resolve discrepant invoices as per the standard operating procedures. • Reporting activities - Generate and update the AP. • Passing rectification entries for the errors identified by internal QC team • Perform quality Check Select Invoices for payment and release as per the standard operating procedures. • Create / Update Vendor Master records based on Standard operating procedures. • Must provide Innovative ideas to improve process. The experience we’re looking to add to our team: • B.com / BBA(Finance) / M.Com / MBA(Finance). • Good understanding on MS applications. • 0-1 Year Exp in Accounting /AP Domain • Good knowledge of accounting principles. • Good written/oral communication skills in English • Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP Systems. • Good analytical skills and should be a team player. • Willingness to work in complex environment with strict deadlines on projects. • Shift - 5 PM to 2 AM Here are a few examples of what you will get for the great work you provide: • Paid Time Off • Health Insurance PK06
