Roles & Responsibilities: Analytics Delivery & AI Enablement • Support the development and delivery of analytical solutions under the guidance of senior analysts and team leads. • Apply foundational analytics, decision science, and AI/ML techniques to support Ex-US Commercial initiatives across brand strategy, omnichannel engagement, and resource allocation. • Translate well-defined business questions into analytical tasks, execute analyses, and summarize findings. • Ensure accuracy, quality, and adherence to analytical best practices in all deliverables. Stakeholder Support & Business Understanding • Collaborate with Ex-US Commercial stakeholders, Global Analytics, OCx, Marketing, and BIT to understand business context and analytical requirements. • Support preparation of analytical outputs, presentations, and dashboards for stakeholder discussions. • Clearly communicate results, assumptions, and limitations with guidance from senior team members. • Incorporate stakeholder feedback to refine analyses and outputs. Omnichannel & Commercial Analytics • Execute analytics supporting personal and non-personal promotion channels, including field force, email, web, paid media, social, and third-party platforms. • Support development and tracking of performance metrics related to reach, engagement, and effectiveness. • Assist in test-and-learn initiatives, A/B tests, and basic quasi-experimental analyses. • Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities in data and escalate insights to senior team members. Team Collaboration & Learning • Work collaboratively within project teams, contributing to shared goals and timelines. • Learn and adopt standard analytical frameworks, tools, and coding best practices used by the team. • Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and training programs. • Demonstrate curiosity and initiative in developing analytical and business skills. Technical Execution & Data Handling • Build and maintain datasets, basic models, dashboards, and recurring reports. • Perform data validation, quality checks, and documentation of analytical processes. • Work with data engineering and BIT teams to understand data structures and resolve data issues. • Follow established governance, compliance, and documentation standards. Skills & Competencies: • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and data quality. • Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain analyses in simple terms. • Ability to manage assigned tasks effectively and meet deadlines. • Willingness to learn new tools, techniques, and business concepts. • Collaborative and proactive team player with a positive attitude. • Basic problem-solving skills and ability to apply structured thinking. Experience & Qualifications: • BA/BS required; degrees in life sciences, computer science, mathematics, statistics, data science, or engineering preferred. • 1–3 years of professional experience in analytics, data analysis, decision science, or related roles. • Experience working with structured datasets and performing quantitative analyses. • Exposure to commercial analytics, marketing analytics, or healthcare/pharmaceutical analytics is a plus. • Interest in applying data, analytics, and AI to solve real-world business problems. Technical Skills (Preferred): • Hands-on experience with Python and/or R for data analysis and basic modeling. • Familiarity with statistical concepts and introductory machine learning techniques. • Experience with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., R Shiny, Dash, Tableau, Power BI, or similar). • Exposure to collaborative analytics environments (e.g., Databricks, Git, SharePoint). • Basic understanding of omnichannel, digital marketing, or commercial data sources.
