Job description: About Us We’re a US-based real estate investor/operator focused on acquiring and executing value-add opportunities. We’re building an acquisitions pipeline and need a strong remote analyst in India to support deal sourcing, underwriting, and diligence. The Role You’ll be the engine behind our acquisitions funnel: finding deals, organizing inbound opportunities, underwriting quickly and accurately, and helping us move the best opportunities to LOI and closing. Responsibilities (What you’ll do) Deal Sourcing & Outreach • Build targeted lists: owners, brokers, lenders, and active sellers • Track listings and off-market opportunities (LoopNet, Crexi, broker blasts, etc.) • Send outbound emails/messages and manage follow-up cadence • Maintain an organized CRM of all outreach + responses Underwriting & Financial Analysis • Create/maintain Excel underwriting models (rent roll, T12, comps, capex, financing) • Run scenarios (base/upside/downside), sensitivity tables, and return metrics • Summarize deals in a 1–2 page “Investment Snapshot” for quick review • Support LOI pricing logic and key assumptions Due Diligence Support • Create diligence checklists and request lists • Organize documents in Drive/Dropbox and maintain a clean folder structure • Review basic docs (T12, rent rolls, franchise PIPs if hospitality, bids/quotes, etc.) • Coordinate data requests with brokers/sellers and track open items Process & Reporting • Keep acquisitions pipeline updated daily (Airtable/ClickUp/Sheets) • Weekly reporting: deals reviewed, offers made, follow-ups pending, bottlenecks • Improve templates and SOPs as we scale Required Skills • Strong Excel modeling (clean formulas, assumptions discipline, sensitivity analysis) • Excellent English writing (professional broker/owner communication) • High attention to detail + fast turnaround • Comfortable with repetitive outreach + follow-up tracking • Experience with real estate analysis (commercial/residential/investment) Preferred (Nice-to-have) • Hospitality underwriting experience (hotels) or multifamily/value-add • Familiarity with: CoStar, Reonomy, PropertyShark, LoopNet, Crexi • Basic understanding of debt terms (LTV, DSCR, IO, amortization, rate caps) • Experience building systems in Airtable/ClickUp/HubSpot/Pipedrive
