Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Analyst role located in Jharkhand, India. The Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to create insights and support strategic decision-making. Daily tasks include conducting research, preparing analytical reports, developing actionable recommendations, and collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive impactful development initiatives. Qualifications • Strong analytical skills, including data collection, data analysis, and data interpretation abilities • Proficiency in research methodologies, report writing, and presenting findings effectively • Experience in project management, stakeholder collaboration, and organizational skills • Ability to work in on-site environments and demonstrate cultural sensitivity in engaging with diverse communities • Knowledge of development-focused frameworks and gender-sensitive, rights-based approaches is an advantage • Proficiency in digital tools and relevant software for data analysis and report preparation is preferred • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Economics, or related fields
