We’re looking for an entry-level analyst who can help us scale creator-led growth, manage content engines, and bring operational discipline to execution. This is a hybrid role across: • Influencer partnerships • Content execution • Growth operations 1. Influencer & Creator Marketing • Identify high-leverage creators across Instagram, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms • Build structured outreach pipelines (cold, warm, inbound) • Negotiate collaborations (paid, barter, affiliate, rev-share) • Manage briefs, timelines, deliverables • Track performance metrics (CPI, CAC, CTR, conversions, revenue impact) • Build and maintain a creator CRM • Turn one-off collaborations into long-term partnerships 2. Content Engine Management • Own and maintain a structured content calendar • Coordinate with writers, designers, video editors • Repurpose long-form into short-form • Optimize content for algorithmic distribution • Track engagement metrics and optimize formats • Ensure consistent publishing cadence • You’ll help build a repeatable content machine, not random posting. 3. Growth Operations • Track influencer spends and ROI • Build dashboards for campaign performance • Maintain SOPs for outreach and content workflows • Identify distribution bottlenecks • Suggest experiments (UGC loops, affiliate programs, referral incentives) • Ensure campaigns move from idea → execution → analysis smoothly Who This Role Is For You are: • Analytical but creative • Comfortable negotiating with creators • Obsessed with internet culture and trends • Structured in execution • High ownership, low ego • Comfortable working in fast, ambiguous environments Requirements • 0–1 years experience in influencer marketing / growth / content • Strong communication & negotiation skills • Proficient in Google Sheets / Notion • Basic understanding of performance metrics (CAC, ROAS, CTR, retention) • Ability to manage multiple moving parts simultaneously Bonus if: • You’ve built or grown a page yourself • You understand consumer apps or digital products • You’ve worked in a startup environment
