Job Summary Responsible for preparing lease review recommendations for real estate properties. This includes reviewing lease agreements, loan agreements, and PSA’s ensuring compliance with lease terms and the ability to communicate effectively with Borrowers. Key Responsibilities • Lease Management: Prepare, review, and analyze lease agreements. • Compliance: Ensure compliance with lease terms and relevant regulations. • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for Borrowers regarding lease-related inquiries, issues. Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in commerce or related field • Minimum of 0 to 1 years of experience in Lease analysis and with additional experience in commercial mortgage servicing.
