Analyst - Controllership Accounting
About the job
🔹 Key Responsibilities: 📘 Record to Report (R2R) • Manage end-to-end R2R operations including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end close. • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with GAAP. • BS reconciliation and SOX compliance. • Analyze financial data and variances to support business decisions. • Drive process improvements and automation initiatives. • Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits. • Maintain general ledger integrity and ensure proper documentation. 📗 Procure to Pay (P2P) • Oversee the complete P2P cycle from requisition to vendor payment. • Ensure timely invoice processing and resolution of discrepancies. • Process payment as per the Due dates. • Vendor reconciliations and sign off. • Generate reports on procurement performance and KPIs. 📙 Fixed Assets • Manage the fixed assets register and ensure accurate capitalization and depreciation. • Conduct periodic asset verification and reconciliation. • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies for asset management. • Support audits by providing necessary documentation and analysis. • Collaborate with operations and IT teams for asset tracking and lifecycle management. • Review and process asset disposals, transfers, and impairments. 🔹 Skills & Competencies: • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes. • Proficiency in ERP systems (M3/Oracle) and advanced Excel skills. • Analytical mindset with attention to detail. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management. • Process-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.
