Job responsibilities: • Responsible for MIS, accounting, and handling respective line items of P&L reporting and bringing in automations wherever required. • Perform variance analysis for revenue and expenses and identify the reasons for variance. • Prepare audit schedules, aging, financial disclosures and reporting to stakeholders on a timely basis. • Assist in Implementation of internal financial control and accounting policies. • Responsible for improving/ implementing processes by having a good understanding of the business and a good understanding of underlying data. • Co-ordination on Due diligence, internal audit and statutory audit assignments. • Responsible for managing account receivables and coordinating with various stakeholders. Desired Candidates: • Inter CA with 1+ years of experience in Finance and AR process. • Experience working within a start-up environment is highly desirable. • Knowledge of Financials and basic understanding of MIS. • Basic knowledge of taxation such as GST, Income Tax, Financial reporting and data mining tools such as Oracle, Finly, Navision, Tally, etc. • Knowledge of statutory and tax audits is desirable. • Ability to synthesize large quantities of complex data into actionable information.
