Key role responsibilities: - Support the month end close process through the analysis of contra variances against budget, forecasts, prior year actuals, key business drivers and initiatives for the Europe Region. - Interact and work along with respective country finance business partners as well as Global MWP Planners / stakeholders. - Understand the current bottoms up Contra Forecast model. - Oversee the identification of market trends and provide top class analytics. Key required skills: - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. - Proven experience in leading the development of high-impact strategies. - Expertise in advanced data analysis and financial modeling. About you: - Chartered Accountant, CFA, CPA or MBA Finance. - Experience in financial reporting and management.
