GISFG is focused on advising clients on strategies to successfully meet their sustainability goals including Net Zero and Carbon Neutrality, and Social & Inclusive Development Responsibilities • Preparing financial models on tax equity and debt financings in renewable energy sectors such as Solar, Wind and other non-renewable low carbon sectors such as Natural Gas with specific focus on Project Finance • Preparing deal related Memos such as Prioritization Memo, Endorsement Committee Memo, Screening Memo, Sponsorship Committee Memo and Credit Approval Memo for live deals at various stages of the debt and tax equity transactions • Executing detailed and structured research in on potential opportunities and new topics in Sustainable Finance • Research macro and sector emission profiles and decarbonization trends, analyze and update company decarbonization trends • Create presentations, including sector tear sheets and peer benchmarking • Perform due diligence and research sustainability targets and decarbonization strategies • Track and research ESG marketplace data and company filings • Working on market updates documents which include latest happenings, new deals and trends for Sustainable Finance encompassing United Nations Sustainable Development Goals • Communicate and interact with senior team members Requirements • Education: CFA/MBA in Finance • Exp Range: Candidates with 12 – 36 months of total relevant experience preferably in Project Finance with focus on Renewables Foundational Skills: • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and effective interpersonal skills, MS Office • A strong interest in Global Financial Markets • Interest in the emerging ESG and Sustainability domain • Basic Financial Modelling skills and Advanced Microsoft Office skills • Attention to detail and Formatting skills Desired skills • Professional work experience in Equity Modelling or Project Finance in Renewables Sector Work Timings: 11 AM – 8 PM (Flexibility for working in shifts as per business requirements is a prerequisite)
