What can you expect? We are looking to hire Analyst II - Workday Practice – D in Digital Solutions, Career; India COE and expect the candidate to: • Plan and prioritize work for self, assist lead by providing inputs on in all the phases of delivery lifecycle, collate and report status/impediments with the greater project team. • Lead / Manage – Small implementation projects / Launch implementations, manage workload for the team, assist team in all the phases of delivery lifecycle, collate and report status/impediments with the greater project team. • Develop complex configuration for clients and Leads, manage data transformation and perform EIB Data loads. • Provide go-live assistance and ongoing support. • Lead and Involve in Data conversion Activities pertaining to Absence and Time Tracking. • Coordinate with the Leads for project delivery. • Ensure effective communication with project stakeholders and manage project timelines.
