Analyst Marketing Finance Purpose of the Role: • This role provides executional support to the Marketing Finance (advertisement) function, focused on planning operations, data handling, and reporting • Its an individual contributor role with high exposure to collaboration with stakeholders and reporting accuracy Key Responsibilities: • Execute month closings, variance analysis, developing forecast & budget templates • Support annual and rolling forecasts processes • Prepare monthly management reports with clear commentary on key business drivers • Ensure timely addressing of all ad-hoc queries with right resolution and carrying out routine activities around the same • Proactively identify, resolve, and escalate issues while ensuring appropriate risk-mitigation • Partner with business units to maintain strong FP&A service delivery Key Interfaces: • Manager FP&A • Marketing function • Regional Finance Teams Qualifications and experience: • CA/ CMA/ CA Inter pass / MBA (Finance) Graduate in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or related field • 3-5 years of FPNA or marketing finance • Prior exposure to advertisement or brand spend tracking, A&P budgeting, or campaign financials is a big advantage • Strong proficiency in excel and working knowledge of SAP • Experience with forecasting, budgeting, accruals and variance analysis • Exposure to reporting or analytics tools (SAC, Power BI) preferred Please note: This role is a 1-year contractual assignment on third-party payroll, based at the Mondelez Corporate Head Office, Mumbai.
