This includes reviewing lease agreements, loan agreements, and PSA’s ensuring compliance with lease terms and The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with Borrowers, Other Servicers. Key Responsibilities • Lease Management: Prepare, review, and analyze lease agreements, ensuring all terms and conditions are met. • Compliance: Ensure compliance with lease terms and relevant regulations. • Record Keeping: Maintain records of lease agreements, tenant information, and property details. • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for Borrowers regarding lease-related inquiries, issues. • Reporting: Generate and analyze reports on lease status, occupancy rates, and financial performance and provide recommendations. Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in commerce or related field • Minimum of 0 to 1 years of experience in Lease analysis and with additional experience in commercial mortgage servicing. • Strong verbal and written communication skills are crucial for engaging with candidates and hiring managers. • Demonstrated capacity to achieve results in a fast-paced, high-volume, and dynamic setting. • Organizational and administrative skills that reflect attention to detail and the ability to prioritize amidst competing demands. • Coordination: Work closely with property managers, legal teams, and other stakeholders to facilitate lease processes. • Strong work ethic and a sense of urgency. • Skilled in managing sensitive information while upholding privacy. • Handling workload and special projects efficiently. • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
