We’re Hiring | Analyst / Senior Analyst / Assistant Manager – FDD (Transaction Advisory) Location: Delhi NCR CTC: ₹8 LPA – ₹15 LPA Experience: 2–5 Years BNC is mandated to hire for one of our esteemed clients based in Delhi NCR for the role of Analyst / Senior Analyst / Assistant Manager – Financial Due Diligence (Transaction Advisory) If you have experience in Financial Due Diligence (FDD), Transaction Support, Restructuring, Treasury, Cash Flow Analysis, and Working Capital, this could be an excellent opportunity to accelerate your career in the deals space. About the Role – Transaction Advisory Within Transaction Advisory, Transaction Support services include strategic development and execution of transaction structures, including: • Financial Due Diligence (buy-side and sell-side) • IPO support • Banking loan restructuring • Assisting in acquisition and divestiture transactions • Understand profit drivers and performance trends • Challenge assumptions around future projections • Support purchase agreements and post-closing matters • Help maximize value and mitigate transaction risks Key Responsibilities • Analyze financial and operational results through detailed review of accounting records • Prepare and evaluate pro forma financial statements • Assist in preparing reports and transaction schedules • Evaluate seasonal and cyclical impacts on cash flow requirements • Identify potential issues leading to purchase price adjustments, restructuring, or deal termination • Continuously build technical knowledge and leverage technology to enhance service delivery • Maintain strict confidentiality of client information Required Skillset • CA with 1–3 years of relevant experience. • MBA (Finance) from a premier institute with 2–5 years of relevant experience • Strong expertise in Excel • Solid analytical and financial modeling skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to take initiative and adapt to dynamic deal environments • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills • Sector experience (preferred): Financial Services, Oil & Gas, Technology, Consumer Products, Power & Utilities, Life Sciences If you’re interested or know someone suitable, please share your CV at info@bncglobal.in or connect via DM. #Hiring #TransactionAdvsiory #FDD #DealAdvisory #CAJobs #MBAFinance #DelhiJobs #TransactionSupport #BNCRecruitment
