Position – Analyst/Sr Analyst, Investments Department / Role Overview: Amherst Residential • Perform financial analysis and build financial models for strategic acquisition opportunities • Optimize portfolio performance by identifying rental assets that should be marked for sale • Develop detailed and comprehensive presentations on market trends and strategic insights for senior management to support investment decisions • Underwrite and monitor the rental market to evaluate existing portfolio performance and support revenue management strategies • Collaborate with internal teams and operating partners to drive strategic initiatives Desired Skills / Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree and MBA/CFA with financial markets understanding a plus • 1-4 years of prior experience in Financial Services and/or Real Estate firm preferred • Advanced skills in SQL, Tableau, MS Office Excel and PowerPoint • Proven high performer with a demonstrated track record of excellence • Excellent verbal and written communication skills Working Shift/ arrangement: US Shift (1:30 PM – 10:30 PM ), Flexible - Hybrid working model
