About the job

• Conduct HPLC purity assessment of samples and troubleshoot analytical data for purity confirmation using various chromatographic techniques. • Carry out preparatory HPLC purification of crude reaction mixtures. • Support organic reaction monitoring by LC-MS. • Maintain PM and calibration service records of instruments. • Perform primary instrument troubleshooting. • Requires excellent time management with the ability to manage projects on time. • Work collaboratively with the chemistry team, the biology team and laboratory staff to conduct project activities and resource usage. • Maintain a clean laboratory work area and exhibit safety awareness. • Follow responsible actions regarding chemical handling and disposal. • Participate in project team meetings. Preferred candidate profile• Ph.D./M.Sc/M.Pharm Analytical Chemistry/Biochemistry (or a related discipline) with 2 to 5 years of experience in Drug Discovery or Chemical CRO• Deep expertise in preparatory HPLC and Mass spectrometry• Essential to have a deep understanding of column chemistries and HPLC detection methods• Must possess a thorough understanding of analytical technologies used for chemical characterization• Exposure to in-vitro ADME testing is a strong plus.
