Analytics Professional Experience: 5 years to 13 years Location: Bangalore (Hybrid), India Tredence is a global analytics services and solutions company. Our uniqueness is in bringing the right mix of technology and business analytics to create sustainable white-box solutions that are transitioned to our clients at the end of the engagement. We do this cost-effectively using a global execution model leveraging our clients' existing technology and data assets. We also come in with some strong IP and pre-built analytics solutions in data mining, BI, and Big Data. **In this role, you will:** • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders including product, marketing, digital, e-commerce, and customer teams to understand business objectives and translate them into analytical requirements at Fortune 100 Retailers • Work closely with stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements and understand the underlying business problems. Serve as the bridge between business needs and analytical solutions. • Collaboratively work with leadership and SMEs to create innovative solutions for business challenges. Utilize your understanding of retail data and analytics to drive decision-making. • Proven expertise in leveraging customer, product, orders, digital clickstream, merchandising, and marketing data to provide effective solutions. • Utilize advanced analytics and machine learning techniques such as segmentation/clustering, AB testing, recommendation engines, propensity models, etc. to drive growth throughout the customer lifecycle.
