This Position, (IMO) Analytics & Risk Control supports the global Write-off (WO), Inventory at Risk -Rolling Forecast (IAR - RF), and Goods Receipt (GR) control agenda through advanced analytics, standardized reporting, and hands-on process execution. This role translates data into insights, identifies risks and opportunities, and partners with sites and functions to drive mitigation actions. The position serves as a key engine of the IMO, ensuring high-quality data, disciplined cadence, and actionable intelligence *How you ll spend your day* *Analytics & Reporting* • Develop and maintain WO, RF, and GR dashboards and standard reports. • Perform trend analysis, root-cause investigations, and scenario modelling. • Ensure data accuracy, reconciliation, and alignment across systems. *WO & Inventory at Risk Process Execution* • Consolidate site RF and WO submissions and validate classification and assumptions. • Track mitigation actions, owners, timelines, and benefits. • Prepare materials for RF/WO review forums and leadership meetings. *GR Monitoring & Control* • Monitor GR vs. targets and highlight deviations and drivers. • Analyse GR drivers (MOQ, batch size, safety stock, forecast changes, lifecycle events). • Support parameter reviews and master data improvements. *Cross-Functional Collaboration* • Work closely with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Finance, and Commercial teams. • Support alignment between S&OP/IBP outputs and inventory risk outlook. • Follow up on actions and escalate gaps *Process & Tool Improvement* • Support standardization of templates, definitions, and workflows. • Identify automation and digitalization opportunities. • Document SOPs and work instructions. *Your experience and qualifications* • Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field. • 8 13 years of experience in supply chain analytics, planning, operations, or finance. • Strong analytical and data management skills. • Advanced Excel and experience with BI tools (e. g. , Power BI, Tableau). • Experience with ERP/planning systems (e. g. , SAP). • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills • Experience in a multinational firm, Manufacturing or within a GBS (Global Business Service) is preferred • Hands-on and proactive; strong organizational skills • Excellent collaboration with colleagues within the local organization and with the colleagues of the global business service to support the overall Finance department s goals and objectives • Flexible and able to work in a changing environment • Strong focus on improvement opportunities
