About the role: The Demand Analytics team within the Business Technology and Insights group at Gartner is at the forefront of harnessing AI to better anticipate, forecast and predict the future needs of the global c-suite. We are looking for an Analytics Senior Analyst who is a highly analytical problem solver, possesses hands-on experience developing the proprietary big data models needed to generate predictive analytics. What you will do : • Leverage proprietary predictive power methodologies to ensure content recommendations are grounded in analytically sound approaches • Refine approach for evaluating new demand signals accounting for characteristics such as novelty, time horizon or bias • Own problem structuring, analysis and implementation of strategic initiatives and key deliverables, partnering with stakeholders What you will need: • Experience: 3-5 years in business analytics with at least 1-2 years in data science • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in statistics, data science, mathematics, engineering, computer science, or operations research preferred • Programming languages e.g. Python, R, SQL What you will get: • Competitive salary, generous paid time off policy, charity match program, Group Medical Insurance, Parental Leave, Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and more! • Collaborative, team-oriented culture that embraces diversity.
