Job Description / Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain Apigee API Proxies (RESTful APIs) using best practices • Implement API security mechanisms including OAuth 2.0, JWT, API Keys, and Authentication/Authorization • Configure and manage policies such as Spike Arrest, Quota, Threat Protection, Caching, and Message Transformation • Perform API troubleshooting and debugging using Apigee ... Trace, logs, and error analysis • Set up and manage monitoring and analytics to track API performance, latency, and error rates • Ensure secure API communication through TLS, certificate management, and token validation • Develop and manage shared flows and reusable proxy components • Collaborate with backend and frontend teams to integrate APIs efficiently • Optimize API performance and ensure high availability and scalability • Support CI/CD pipelines for API deployment across environments (Dev, QA, Prod) Key Skills • Apigee Edge / Apigee X • API Proxy Development • API Security & Authentication • JWT Token Creation & Validation • OAuth 2.0 • Troubleshooting & Monitoring • REST APIs & JSON/XML • API Analytics & Logging
