Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Legal Officer based in Guntur East. The Area Legal Officer will be responsible for providing legal support to the organization by preparing and reviewing legal documents, ensuring compliance with applicable business and contract laws, and offering legal consultations to various departments. Key responsibilities include overseeing legal risk management, addressing daily operational legal matters, processing loan documentation, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and organizational policies in legal affairs. Qualifications • Proficiency in Business Law and Contract Law, with the ability to interpret and apply relevant regulations to ensure legal compliance. • Strong expertise in Legal Consulting and providing sound legal advice to address business and operational matters. • Experience in Legal Document Preparation and drafting, including agreements, contracts, and other legal correspondence. • Broad understanding of Law, including aspects critical to finance and business operations. • Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent; additional certifications in financial or commercial law are advantageous. • Attention to detail, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are essential. • Proven knowledge of the legal frameworks specific to the financial services sector is preferred.
