Area Sales Engineer – South India | German Engineered Process Equipment (Agitators) What You Will Do: • Drive business growth and order intake across Oil & Gas, Chemical, Polymer, Paint, Pharma, Mining and Food industries • Promote and sell German-engineered agitators and customized process equipment solutions • Identify new leads, manage opportunities and convert projects into confirmed orders • Understand customer process requirements and propose technically optimized, value-driven solutions • Prepare, submit and negotiate techno-commercial proposals in coordination with engineering teams • Build strong relationships with EPC contractors, consultants, licensors and end users • Participate in technical meetings, bid clarifications and commercial negotiations • Track market trends, competitor activities and upcoming capital investment projects What We Are Looking For: • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering • 2–4 years of experience in technical sales / business development within process industries • Strong understanding of industrial equipment and engineered solutions • Confident communicator with solid negotiation and closing skills • Performance-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently • Willingness to travel across the assigned South India territory Why Join STC-Group: • Represent German engineering quality and reliable process solutions • Performance-driven role with clear growth and earning potential • Exposure to major industrial customers and EPC projects • Long-term career development in a growing international organization
