Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Executive located in Kumta. The Area Sales Executive will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing distribution networks in the designated region. Additional responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, and providing regular reports on sales performance and market trends to the management team. Qualifications - Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals effectively - Proficiency in market research and strategic planning - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building client relationships - Problem-solving and decision-making skills to address client needs and challenges - Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage time efficiently - Experience in the building materials or construction industry is a plus
