Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Executive located in Ahmedabad. The Area Sales Executive will be responsible for implementing sales strategies, achieving regional sales targets, managing relationships with distributors and retailers, and ensuring market expansion. The role also involves monitoring team performance, analyzing market trends, and promoting RCPL’s product portfolio to drive business growth in the assigned area. Qualifications • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving targets in the FMCG sector. • Ability to analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs for strategy development. • Proficiency in building and maintaining relationships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders. • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills. • Strong organizational and team management abilities. • Willingness to work on-site and travel within the assigned region as needed. • Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field is preferred. • Proficiency in using sales analytics tools and CRM software is an advantage. • Knowledge of the FMCG market and experience in area sales management is beneficial.
