We are looking for a dedicated and target-driven Business Development & Sales Professional to drive revenue growth in Homeware Division & sustainable recycled plastic products If you have strong B2B & Channel Sales exposure, field sales experience, and a proven ability to close deals — we want to hear from you! 🎯 Role & Responsibilities • Identify and develop new B2B clients (Dairies, FMCG, Logistics, EPCs, Manufacturing Units, Corporates) • Conduct field visits, client meetings, and product presentations • Generate a minimum of 50 new leads per month • Convert inquiries into confirmed orders and achieve monthly revenue targets • Maintain CRM and sales funnel tracking • Coordinate with production and dispatch teams for smooth order execution • Ensure strong follow-ups for repeat business • Achieve monthly sales target ✅ Primary Requirements (Must Have) • 3+ years of B2B sales experience or Channel Sales or General Trade • Strong communication & negotiation skills • Proven track record of closing deals • Field sales experience • Target-oriented mindset • Market exposure in plastics / manufacturing / logistics / construction • Experience in General Trade
