The ideal candidate has a proven track record in sales execution, distributor management, and account acquisition. Strong commercial acumen, relationship-building skills, and a growth mindset are essential. Responsibilities: • Driving territory sales planning and execution to capture market growth opportunities. • Managing distributor networks and ensuring adherence to process compliances. • Generating leads, conducting demos, and closing new accounts. • Ensuring customer satisfaction through timely supplies and machine servicing. • Coordinating machine redeployment in case of pull-outs. • Tracking machine availability and monitoring business throughput. Requirements: • 4–9 years of experience in FMCG sales, vending, or related functions. • Strong commercial acumen with proven ability to source business independently. • Experience in distributor management and account acquisition. • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline. • Aggressive growth mindset and ability to achieve targets.
