Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager based in Jaipur. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and driving sales within the designated territory. Key responsibilities include: • Managing sales operations • Developing and monitoring sales strategies • Building relationships with retailers and distributors • Ensuring sales targets are met • Analyzing market trends to identify business opportunities Qualifications: • Sales and marketing skills including strategy development, lead generation, and implementing sales plans. • Strong analytical skills for market trend analysis, sales forecasting, and performance tracking. • Leadership and team management expertise with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team effectively. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain relationships with clients, distributors, and stakeholders. • Proficiency in managing on-field and administrative sales operations. • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. • Prior experience in FMCG, retail, or related sectors is an added advantage. • Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to dynamic business environments.
