🚀 Hiring: Area Sales Manager – LAP (Loan Against Property) 📍 Location: Mumbai 💼 Experience: 10–15 Years 🎓 Qualification: Graduate We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Area Sales Manager – LAP to lead sourcing, drive disbursements, and manage DSA channel partnerships. 🔹 Key Responsibilities: • Manage end-to-end process from sourcing to disbursement of LAP files • Drive business through strong DSA network (50+ active channels preferred) • Lead and mentor team members with minimum 4 years of team handling experience • Ensure achievement of monthly login & disbursal targets • Conduct regular field visits to strengthen channel partner relationships • Strong understanding of LAP products – eligibility, valuation, risk assessment • Knowledge of programs like Vanilla Income, Low LTV, Banking Products, NIP/LIP • Basic understanding of financials and P&L management 🔹 Candidate Profile: ✔ 10–15 years of relevant experience in LAP ✔ Strong market connect & channel management skills ✔ Performance-driven track record ✔ Excellent communication & interpersonal skills ✔ Ready to travel If you are passionate about driving growth in the LAP segment and building strong channel networks, we would love to connect!📩 Interested candidates can share their CV at View email address on easyhiring.pro or DM me directly.
