Job Profile: Area Sales Manager (Field Sales) Brand: NIRAA BY SDG Industry: FMCG / Healthcare – Female Hygiene & Baby Care Location: Delhi NCR, UTTAR PRADESH Reporting To: Managing Director / Manager Role Objective: To drive primary and secondary sales of NIRAA sanitary pads and baby diapers by appointing distributors, expanding the retailer network, and ensuring strong field execution across the assigned territory. Key Responsibilities: 1. Distribution & Channel Expansion • Appoint and manage distributors in the assigned territory • Increase retailer network (medical stores, general trade, cosmetic shops, supermarkets) • Ensure product availability and visibility 2. Sales Target Achievement • Achieve monthly and quarterly primary & secondary sales targets • Monitor distributor billing and stock movement • Ensure timely collections as per company policy 3. Retail & Market Execution • Conduct daily field visits (minimum 20–25 outlets per day) • Implement schemes, promotions, and retailer engagement activities • Monitor competitor activities and pricing 4. Team & Reporting • Guide Sales Representatives (if assigned) • Maintain daily sales report (DSR) • Share weekly market feedback and competitor analysis. Key Performance Indicators: • Monthly revenue achievement • Number of new distributors appointed • Increase in active retail outlets • Secondary sales growth • Collection efficiency Candidate Profile: • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in FMCG / sanitary pads/diapers/pharma OTC sales • Strong distributor handling experience • Good market knowledge of the assigned territory • Own vehicle compulsory • Strong negotiation and communication skills • Result-oriented and field-driven personality Compensation Structure: • Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 (depending on experience) • Incentives: Target-based monthly & quarterly incentives • Travel Allowance: As per company norms Ideal Background: • Experience in brands like Whisper, Stayfree, Sofy, the diapers segment, or pharma distribution • Strong connection with medical stores and cosmetic retailers
