Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required for this role: • Experience in sales and channel management, preferably in diagnostic, life sciences or scientific equipment industry • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and growing market share through distributor networks • Strong technical proficiency with ability to understand and communicate complex product applications • Excellence in relationship building and maintaining partnerships with distributors and key collaborators • Proficiency in CRM systems (particularly Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite • Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills • Analytical approach with ability to develop strategic business plans and quantitative reports • Well-organized with effective time management abilities • Willingness to travel 20-30% of time within assigned territory • Fluency in English required; additional language skills may be considered • Experience in medical devices, laboratory equipment, or analytical instruments preferred • Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization • Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused attitude Educational Qualifications & Experience: • Graduate in science preferably in Biotechnology/Microbiology/Biochemistry or related Biosciences with 5+ years of experience Benefits: We offer competitive remuneration, annual incentive plan bonus, healthcare, and a range of employee benefits.
