Key Overview We are seeking a results-oriented Area Sales Manager with hands-on experience in healthcare product sales, particularly IV fluids. The role involves managing sales operations within an assigned territory, driving revenue growth, leading a field sales team, and building strong relationships with hospitals and channel partners. Key Responsibilities • Drive sales of IV fluids and related healthcare products within the assigned territory • Plan and execute territory-wise sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets • Manage, guide, and motivate a team of Medical Representatives or Territory Executives • Identify new business opportunities in hospitals, nursing homes, and clinics • Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospital administrators, purchase teams, distributors, and stockists • Conduct regular field visits to track market trends and team performance • Ensure timely payment collections and resolve distributor or customer-related issues • Track competitor activities and share market insights with senior management • Ensure adherence to company pricing, promotional plans, and policies • Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and activity records Required Skills and Qualifications • Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical sales, with strong exposure to IV fluids • Proven experience in territory management and team handling • Established network with hospitals, nursing homes, and healthcare institutions • Good understanding of institutional, distributor, and direct sales channels • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills • Ability to work independently, handle pressure, and consistently achieve targets Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person
