As an Area Sales Manager & Key Account Manager at Erbe India, based in Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Lucknow, your responsibilities include: - Sales & Revenue Responsibility: Achieve primary and secondary AOP in terms of product units and revenue. Prepare accurate sales plans monthly/quarterly/annually. - Territory Management: Develop and execute sales plans to drive product penetration and market share. - New Business Development: Identify new departments and specialties of existing accounts. Expand presence in group hospitals, chains & corporate accounts. Introduce new products and drive adoption. - Channel Management: Appoint, manage, and evaluate distributors. Drive distributor performance and ensure policy adherence. - KOL Management: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders. Conduct regular visits to understand needs and resolve issues. - Compliance & Performance: Address customer issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Capture and report customer feedback systematically. - Market & Competitive Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities and support local strategy development based on trends. Your skills should include: - Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills - Proven negotiation & closing ability - Good Analytical skills for data-driven decision making - Teamwork & Collaboration - Adaptability Education Qualifications: - Bachelors in Science / B Pharma / BE / BTech in Biomedical Engineering - PG degree in Business Management is desirable Relevant Prior Experience and Knowledge: - Minimum 6-8 years of Experience in selling medical devices - Experience with Surgery endoscopic range is an added advantage - Willingness to travel extensively for product demos and relocate if necessary Erbe India offers: - Work-Life Balance - Career Growth & Learning - Rewards & Recognition - Health Benefits If you are interested, please send your application, including your salary expectations.
