The successful candidate will have a strong track record of sales leadership, business development, and team management in the medical device industry. Key Responsibilities • Sales Leadership: • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives in the Madurai region. • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to meet sales targets. • Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and customer-centricity. • Business Development: • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the medical device industry. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including hospitals, clinics, and medical professionals. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth. • Team Management: • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team. • Coach and mentor team members to improve sales performance and achieve business objectives. • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback. • Market Analysis: • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes. • Analyze market data to inform sales strategies and business decisions. Requirements • Experience: 5+ years of experience in medical device sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field. MBA or other advanced degrees preferred. • Skills: • Strong sales leadership and business development skills. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to analyze market data and make informed business decisions. • Strong team management and coaching skills. • Experience with medical device sales, including knowledge of medical terminology and regulatory requirements.
