Role Description We are seeking an Area Sales Officer to join our team in Chinsurah for a full-time, on-site role. The individual will be responsible for driving sales operations, managing channel sales, generating leads, and building strong relationships with customers. This role includes identifying new opportunities, maintaining customer satisfaction through excellent service, and collaborating with teams to achieve sales targets and business goals. The position also involves monitoring market trends to strategize and optimize sales performance in the region. Qualifications • Excellent skills in Customer Service and Communication • Proven expertise in Lead Generation and developing client relationships • Experience in Sales Operations and Channel Sales • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities • Proficiency in using sales tools, CRM software, and other relevant platforms • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently • Previous experience in a financial services or sales-related role is an advantage • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
