About The Role We are seeking an experienced Artificial Intelligence (AI) Trainer to design and deliver high-quality technical training programs focused on modern AI technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in AI/ML and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical, applied learning experiences for engineering and data professionals. Key Responsibilities • Design and develop structured training programs covering: • Artificial Intelligence fundamentals • Foundational Machine Learning concepts • Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) • Agentic AI and autonomous systems • AI applications for engineering and data teams • Deliver instructor-led sessions (virtual and in-person) • Conduct workshops, bootcamps, and enterprise training sessions • Develop hands-on labs, case studies, and practical assignments • Guide participants in building real-world AI applications • Assess learning outcomes and provide performance feedback • Continuously update curriculum based on emerging AI trends Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field • 5+ years of experience in AI/ML, data science, or software engineering • Strong proficiency in Python • Experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) • Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and prompt engineering • Familiarity with AI agent frameworks and orchestration tools • Prior experience delivering technical training or mentoring Preferred Qualifications • Experience with MLOps and model deployment • Exposure to cloud AI platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) • Experience working with enterprise clients • Strong presentation and communication skills Who Should Apply This role is ideal for: • AI Engineers who enjoy mentoring and teaching • Senior Data Scientists transitioning into training roles • Technical Leads with a passion for workforce development
