Required Skills Programming: Strong proficiency in Python for AI/ML development Core AI/ML: Deep understanding of machine learning/deep learning algorithms, model training, and evaluation Generative AI: Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI techniques Advanced AI: Experience building AI agents, implementing RAG systems, and working with transformer models Cloud Infrastructure: Practical experience deploying and managing AI workloads on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Responsibilities · Design and implement AI/ML models and generative AI applications to solve complex business challenges · Build and optimize AI agents, LLM-based systems, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines · Develop scalable machine learning solutions leveraging transformer architectures and modern AI frameworks · Deploy and maintain AI services on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into production systems · Stay current with emerging AI technologies and best practices, continuously improving our AI infrastructure
