CMS CRM Paid Assessment — Expanded Scope SOW (Final) Purpose This paid assessment is designed to evaluate a candidate's ability to build disciplined, scalable HubSpot workflows aligned with CMS operational standards. The expanded scope now includes a real-world incremental workflow (JIS intake) to better reflect production-level requirements. Assessment Structure PART A — Core CRM Logic Build (Existing Assessment Scope) • Intake workflow structure • Acceptance gating logic • SLA monitoring setup • Required property configuration • Naming and documentation discipline PART B — Expanded Component (JIS Workflow) • Build partner-only intake form • Create required custom properties • Configure routing workflow with clean branching logic • Automate deal creation for partner submissions only • Configure decline routing for non-partners • Build approval + decline email templates • Demonstrate lean build philosophy (no overengineering) Expected Time Commitment The assessment is structured to take approximately 4–5 hours total. Candidates are encouraged to prioritize clarity, efficiency, and structure over excessive customization. Compensation Flat fee: $100. This reflects the expanded scope while maintaining alignment with our screening-stage budget philosophy. Compensation is paid regardless of selection outcome.
