Responsibilities: • Sales Strategy Development: Drive sales for cybersecurity and IT products, including Email Security, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Data Backup Solutions, Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing (VAPT), Endpoint Protection, and SaaS products. • Lead Generation & Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, research, and market outreach. • Sales Cycle Management: Manage the complete sales process from lead generation to closure while ensuring strong client engagement. • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business. • Market Research & Collaboration: Analyze market trends and collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and outreach initiatives. • Sales Reporting: Track and report sales performance, pipeline updates, and forecasts to management. • Cross-Team Coordination: Work closely with technical support and product teams to ensure seamless customer experience and successful deployments. • Team Leadership: Support and guide the sales team to achieve targets and improve overall performance.
