Job Code JOB000408 Designation ASSISTANT BUSINESS MANAGER Business Vertical Oxygen Key Responsibility • Lead and manage assigned product category to ensure strong sales performance. • Drive sales targets and implement strategies to achieve or exceed goals. • Supervise and train sales team members on product knowledge, customer engagement, and selling techniques. • Monitor inventory levels, manage stock allocation, and coordinate replenishments with the inventory team. • Work closely with brands and vendors to implement promotions, discounts, and new product launches. • Track sales trends, analyze performance data, and report to the Branch Manager. • Support marketing efforts through in-store promotions, campaigns, and product launch activities. • Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution to maintain satisfaction.
