Role - Assistant Category Manager handling Cleaning, Disposables, Electrical, and Beauty Aids Responsibilities - Category Management • Assist in developing and executing category strategies to achieve sales, margin, and growth targets • Manage product assortment, pricing, and promotions across Cleaning, Disposables, Electrical, and Beauty Aids • Track category performance using key metrics (sales, margins, inventory turns, etc.) Vendor & Supplier Management • Coordinate with suppliers for product sourcing, negotiations, and onboarding • Monitor supplier performance, pricing, and delivery timelines • Identify new vendors and products to expand category offerings Inventory & Demand Planning • Ensure optimal stock levels and minimize stock-outs or overstock situations • Collaborate with supply chain teams for forecasting and replenishment • Monitor slow-moving and obsolete inventory Market & Competitor Analysis • Conduct regular market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities • Recommend pricing and assortment changes based on insights Promotions & Merchandising • Support planning and execution of promotional campaigns and seasonal offers • Work closely with marketing teams for campaigns and product visibility Cross-functional Coordination • Collaborate with marketing, operations, supply chain, and finance teams • Ensure smooth execution of category plans across all channels Candidates with similar experience can share their updated cv at careers@ratnadeep.com / 9100799923(WhatsApp Text Only)
