Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant General Manager, based in Rajkot. The Assistant General Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure alignment with business strategies, and collaborate across teams to meet organizational goals. Responsibilities include managing budgets, optimizing workflows, supervising departmental managers, and establishing clear objectives. Additionally, the role involves reviewing operational reports, assessing performance metrics, identifying areas of improvement, and ensuring the delivery of quality products while maintaining compliance with company policies and industry standards. Qualifications • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams • Proficiency in operational planning, strategic decision-making, and resource allocation • Knowledge of manufacturing and quality assurance processes, particularly in the Plasticware and Kitchen Appliances industry • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution abilities • Experience in analyzing data, creating actionable reports, and using metrics to drive operational success • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and solve problems efficiently • Proficiency in business tools such as ERP software and Microsoft Office Suite • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred • Prior experience in a managerial or leadership role, preferably in a manufacturing or consumer goods setting
