Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant General Manager based in Anand. The Assistant General Manager will oversee daily operations, manage strategic business initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the company's goals are met. Responsibilities include supervising staff performance, streamlining processes, maintaining operational efficiency, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also entails effective communication with stakeholders and strategic decision-making to support business growth. Qualifications • Strong leadership and team management skills to effectively oversee operations and meet objectives • Strategic decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical abilities • Proficiency in communication, stakeholder engagement, and relationship management • Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities • Industry knowledge in animal health, or nutrition is an advantage • Bachelor's in Veterinary, agriculture or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field • Proven experience in a managerial role of 7 years is required
