Plan, organize and control civil ... construction by internal and external agencies to construct reliable, stable, aesthetic construction within defined budget. • Plan, execute and control civil construction for Opex, Capex, CSR, Expansion Project for Narsingarh plant ensuring adherence to timelines, quality, cost, aesthetic, environment and safety aspects. • Monitor civil construction at NGH & Imlai. • Review drawings and follow ups with designers for detailing, correction, suggestion and timely release of drawings. • Administrative control and meeting with department staff, contractors to execute construction activities. • Passing contractor services bills of civil construction activities. • Passing contractor bills of PF, Labour supply, Wages of different departments working. • Monitoring of Capex & Opex budget on regular basis. • Passing PR, MIS, Gate pass, for civil construction activities. • Plan, organize and control Predictive and Corrective maintenance by internal and external agencies to improve structure reliability and inner health conditions of plant civil structures within defined budget. • Predictive Maintenance. • Plan scheduling and regular visual inspection of all civil structures at all locations. • Plan and organize hiring Structural expert services to carry out NDT of Plant Structures by way of assessment of present strength, integrity, durability and stability along with fixing repairs strategy and specifications. • Corrective Maintenance. • Ensure execution of quality maintenance with strict adherence to the safety standards & planned schedule. • Monitoring maint. of civil structures of Plant Line I, II & III, OLBC, Mines and Ropeway, Colony, Township, Road, Boundary wall etc. • Organise Inventory control activities for all three Plants. • Organise Physical verification of all raw material viz Coal, Pet Coke, AFR, Gypsum, Fly ash, Laterite, Bauxite, Crushed lime stone, Sweetener, HOB, SOP at mines, PP Bags at Imlai & NGH plant on monthly basis. • Organise Physical verification of other material viz Clinker, Cement, at Imlai & NGH plant on fortnightly basis.
