Designation: Assistant General Manager – Ecobuild Department: Production Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent Role Category: Plant Head Location: Ankireddiappli Reporting: Senior Vice President – Ecobuild Industry: uPVC Windows & Doors Manufacturing Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager (Plant Head) to lead and manage our uPVC Windows & Doors manufacturing plant at Ankireddipalli, Telangana. The ideal candidate will have strong operational expertise, leadership capabilities, and excellent communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively while being based out of Hyderabad. Key Roles And Responsibilities • Oversee end-to-end plant operations including production, quality, maintenance, and dispatch. • Ensure efficient manufacturing of uPVC windows & doors as per quality and safety standards. • Drive production planning, capacity utilization, and cost optimization. • Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce wastage. • Lead, mentor, and manage plant teams to achieve operational targets. • Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and environmental regulations. • Coordinate with sales, procurement, and logistics teams for smooth operations. • Prepare and present MIS reports, production metrics, and performance reviews to management. • Act as the primary point of contact for plant-related decision-making. Experience & Qualifications • 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, preferably in uPVC windows & doors. • Proven experience handling plant operations in a leadership role. • Strong knowledge of uPVC profiles, fabrication processes, hardware, and quality standards. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team management skills. • Ability to travel and manage plant operations at Ankireddipalli while being based in Hyderabad. Engineering graduate (Mechanical / Production / Industrial preferred).
