Job Purpose As a People & Culture Team, we are responsible for fostering a workplace and culture that empowers everyone to do their best work. This role leads the offshore HRIS delivery hub within a globally governed, product -based operating model. The positions is accountable for operational excellence, resource management, and execution quality across HR technology platforms aligned to Global Product owners. You Are Meant For This Job If • Minimum of 10 years of experience in People systems, with at least 8 years in a management or leadership role. • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. • Experience operating within a global matrixed organization. • Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders across regions and product domains.
