Role Overview We are seeking a seasoned Sales Powerhouse to lead our premium residential portfolio. This role is designed for a leader who has consistently delivered high-volume closures in the luxury segment (₹2 Cr – ₹20 Cr). Reporting to the Business Head/MD, you will be responsible for managing multi-tower inventories and driving aggressive revenue growth through a mix of direct HNI engagement and a dominant Channel Partner network. Key Responsibilities • High-Velocity Sales: Drive the sell-through of large-scale, luxury residential inventories (700+ units), with a focus on ticket sizes of ₹2 Cr to ₹20 Cr. • HNI & Elite Relationship Management: Personally manage and close deals with ultra-high-net-worth individuals, celebrities, and corporate leaders. • Network Leadership: Oversee and scale an ecosystem of 200+ active Channel Partners, ensuring high engagement and a consistent pipeline of qualified leads. • Inventory & Project Strategy: Manage multiple projects or large multi-tower inventories simultaneously, optimizing pricing and absorption rates. • Team Governance: Manage a multi-layered sales team (5+ direct reports), providing mentorship, setting ambitious KPIs, and ensuring elite conversion ratios. • Strategic Reporting: Provide data-backed sales forecasts, MIS, and market intelligence directly to the executive leadership. Ideal Candidate Profile • Experience: 15+ years in Real Estate Sales, with at least 14 years specifically in the Kolkata market. • Proven Performance: A stellar track record of closing high volumes (e.g., 150+ units annually) in the premium/luxury category. • Portfolio Expertise: Experience managing large, multi-tower inventories and high-value project launches. • Network: An extensive, "warm" database of HNI clients, family offices, and Tier-1 brokers across West Bengal. • Leadership: Experience reporting to VP/MD levels and managing a structured team of sales professionals. Compensation & Benefits • Fixed Salary: Up to ₹50,00,000 (Fixed) – we offer competitive pay for top-tier performers. • Incentives: Best-in-class variable structure based on sales milestones and collections. • Notice Period: Candidates who can join within 15–30 days are preferred.
