About the Position: Manage the full lifecycle of online learning programs as an Assistant Manager. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and collaboration abilities to work with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities include: Operational Oversight, Team Leadership, Cross-Functional Collaboration, Process Enhancement and Reporting, Stakeholder Management. The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience in LMS operations, e-learning coordination, or program delivery, including 1–2 years in a supervisory or lead capacity. Strong understanding of LMS platforms (preferably Canvas) and course management workflows is essential.
