Job Description Roles & Responsibilities: Lead and manage the end-to-end analytics lifecycle, including data collection, processing, analysis, and visualization. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements, define KPIs, and deliver actionable insights. Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reports using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik). Oversee data quality, integrity, and governance processes to ensure accuracy and consistency. Manage, mentor, and develop a team of data analysis and reporting specialists. Translate business questions into analytical models and hypotheses to support decision-making. Must-Have Skills Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, etc.). Hands-on experience with data modelling, ETL, and data warehousing concepts. Analytical thinking with strong problem-solving and data interpretation skills. Experience With Statistical Analysis And/or Machine Learning Concepts (preferred). Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skill.
