About The Role Position: Assistant Manager – Digital Marketing – Gunnebo Safe Storage Vertical No of openings: 1 Reporting to: DGM – Marketing and Activations (Gunnebo Safe Storage) Location: Thane What You Will Do • Establish the Brand legacy of the Gunnebo brands like Steelage and Chubbsafes. • Reinforce the supremacy of product as well as our superior technological solutions. • Run Brand & Marketing programs and design as well as execute targeted interventions with defined KPIs. How Will You Do • Manage Brand Assets like Website, Social Media pages, optimize customer journeys to improve ROI and drive engagements. • Leverage Social Media platforms like FB, LinkedIn, Instagram to Drive Awareness and Affinity for the Brand and product solutions. • Deploy SEO and SEM tactics to occupy pole-position in targeted keywords. • Create a Content marketing eco-system, Spearhead Content creation and drive Content Marketing with the aim of establishing us as a Knowledge Powerhouse and Thought Leader. • Generate AI-friendly content for ranking. • Build pipeline at Top of the Funnel through effective Lead Generation initiatives. • Scan the market for fresh technology trends, think ahead of the curve and on-board the right partners/agencies to deliver stand-out marketing outcomes. • Play a supporting role in on-ground customer connect initiatives, sharpen our engagement and deploy technology to drive effectiveness. Who We Are Looking For • Qualification: Postgraduate / MBA candidate is preferred. • Minimum 5 - 6 Years of hands-on relevant experience in field of Digital Marketing, with hands-on experience in running Social Media campaigns (Agency background is also fine). • Exposure to E-commerce platforms is preferred. • Candidates with a mix of agency and corporate background can be considered. • Must have independently handled Digital Marketing campaigns for at least 4–5-year period. • Thorough with analytical tools like Google Analytics, exposure to SEO platforms e.g. SEMRush. • Experience in doing Email Marketing and WhatsApp Marketing AI-powered chatbots, and CRM integrations etc. • Exposure to CRM platforms like Zoho is critical for this role. • Communication Skills (written and verbal) to be above par. • Should have decent networking abilities with agencies and cross-functional teams. • A Fast Learner and well-versed with AI tools and platforms like ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, etc. Functional Skills: • Google Analytics, AdWords, exposure to SEO platforms e.g. SEMRush. Exposure to CRM platforms like Zoho, IndiaMart Lead generation etc. Behavioral Good communicator with pleasing personality, self-motivated with passion to prove himself/ herself, should have an attitude of honoring commitments.
